I joined DERMAFLASH in 2016 as the 4th employee, and over the years, I played a pivotal role in the company’s growth. Starting with just 3 points of distribution—Sephora, QVC, and Neiman Marcus — I expanded our reach to over 20 major retailers globally.

Additionally, I successfully launched the brand in the professional channel, partnering with key players like Woodhouse to open more than 150 locations. I led the team and played an instrumental role in booth designs for tradeshows such as iSPA and Indie Beauty Expo.

As General Manager, I secured a strategic investment from Guthy|Renker, which led to the production of a DERMAFLASH infomercial, significantly boosting brand awareness and revenue.

In my role as COO, I increased gross profit by 105%, optimized manufacturing processes, and helped grow the brand to over $20M in revenue.

Through the years I lead the team through a rebrand, including migrating from Woo Commerce to Shopify. We rolled out subscribe and save, grew our base and launched on Amazon. We formed strategic influencer and makeup artist relationships such as Patrick Ta and Ashunta Sheriff, to name a few.
