Before assuming the role of Chief Growth Officer at GLO Science, I was a strategic consultant tasked with helping the brand relaunch at SEPHORA. GLO Science is the original teeth whitening brand in luxury beauty. They found themselves challenged to generate recognition and brand awareness despite being the leader in the luxury oral healthcare teeth whitening space.

The scope of as a consultant, and eventually as CGO, consisted of marketing, paid advertising, social media, affiliates, retail sales, DTC ownership, product development, packaging development and creative direction.

We completed the following over a 1-year span:

  • New brand logo, tagline and brand style guide plus a comprehensive brand book including brand mission, vision, demographics, photography guidelines, new fonts, and packaging design.

  • Product, lifestyle, and model photography. From concept, to sourcing the photography agency, creative direction, through final production.

  • Overarching website redesign on Shopify including updated copy, photography, blog, ADA compliancy measures, SEO emphasis, new navigation, and email campaigns & flows.

  • Content strategy development to support influencers & social channels.

  • Updated PDP’s on Amazon and SEPHORA for all products including copy, photography and product user manuals.

  • PR agency onboarding including press event in NYC and influencer campaign.

  • New product launch including first of its kind, biodegradable packaging.

Results: SEPHORA was impressed, keeping the brand in their beauty assortment, with new clients being exposed to the brand and growing sales.
